  3. What costs and delivery options?   We work with deliveries via Courier and CAP (Parcels) for Brazil (for deliveries outside the query values via sac@good4kids.com.br) . Applications via Courier and CAP have different deadlines that may vary according to the city (capital and inside) or state. In general, requests arrive at the venue in a maximum of five working days after confirmation of payment.

  5. Can I change the product you bought? The Consumer Protection Code guarantees the right to exchange the product in case of manufacturing defects or showing any difference to the advertised site. To make the exchange you can contact by email sac@good4kids.com.br , mentioning the issue in question and you will be instructed how to proceed to effect the exchange.

Terms of delivery in case of exchange:

  • If the product with manufacturing defect - The Good4Kids Store bears the freight charges.
  • In case of withdrawal or other reasons - Shipping costs will be covered by the customer and the product must be in perfect condition with packaging.

The product must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and without evidence of use.
